She raised a family. Saved her money. And is very sharp and strong despite discovering she has coon cancer. Because a sibling has challenged her compotency because they are afraid she cut them from her will, she is being railroaded in court. She hired an attorney, but the court refuses to recognize him. She is sane and can make her own decisions, but the court process is forcing her to pay all court costs to prove she is sane. She has lost all her savings of $45,000 in just 1.5 months. They are going after her home now.She is devestated, but is being denied her rights. They told her if she does not go along, she will be wiped out financially.I beg you to contact me. Speak to the powers that be that this is going on in our courts everyday and there is no recourse to stop the process.It's a crime. A sin against all mother's. My mother.
