2010 To Dos… wow. Is it really 2010 already? Wasn't it just yesterday that we were all preparing for the Y2K bug? I feel like I was just unwrapping bottle warmers at my baby shower, and now my "baby" goes to preschool. My husband and I just opened the doors to Sprinkles, and yet we are planning the five-year anniversary. Time flies. That's why this year I'm looking for ways to slow things down, to be more present and more aware of each moment. In 2010 I want to: walk barefoot on the beach in Malibu with my family every Sunday; try meditation; feed my family and friends by cooking my way through Thomas Keller's Ad Hoc cookbook; take a family trip without ridiculously over-packing; and finally learn how to use my SLR camera -- beyond the auto setting -- so I can capture and re-live all the amazing moments of 2010!
