FROM LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: Take the San Diego Freeway (405) south to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot, or as advised by directional signage.
FROM LONG BEACH AIRPORT: Take Lakewood Boulevard south to the San Diego Freeway (405). Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot, or as advised by directional signage.
FROM THE JOHN WAYNE (ORANGE COUNTY) AIRPORT: Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.
FROM SOUTHERN ORANGE COUNTY: Take the Santa Ana Freeway (5) north to the San Diego Freeway (405). Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.
FROM NORTH ORANGE COUNTY AND THE VALLEYS: San Gabriel & Pomona Valleys take the Orange Freeway (57) or San Gabriel Freeway (605) to the Riverside Freeway (91) to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.
PARKING
Due to the size of the Conference, we suggest that you share a ride whenever possible for your convenience. Parking is available around the Civic Center area for a fee.

Conference Times
A Day of Health, Wellness & Transformation: Monday, October 25, 2010, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; a light lunch is included.
Night at The Village: Monday, October 25, 2010, 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The Main Event: Tuesday, October 26, 2010, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm; lunch is included.
(Doors to The Village exhibit hall open at 7:00 am.)
The Minerva Awards: Tuesday, October 26, 2010, 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm
(Access to the exhibit hall from 3:30 pm - 4:45 pm; session runs from 4:45 pm- 7:00 pm)

Passes & Tickets
A Day of Health, Wellness & Transformation: Your pass(es) and breakout session tickets will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
Night at The Village: Your ticket(s) will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
The Main Event: Your pass(es) and breakout session tickets will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
The Minerva Awards: Your ticket(s) will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
Conference Bags
Conference bags will be available for all Main Event attendees to pick up at the Long Beach Convention Center on the day of the Conference beginning at 7:00 am. In order to pick up your Conference bag, you must show your Conference bag tag (found on your admittance badge). Please do not remove your bag tag before arriving at the Conference, as we will not be able to give you a bag at that time.
What to Wear & Bring
Attendees generally wear business casual or casual attire. Whatever you find comfortable will be appropriate.
During the day, you will be moving throughout the convention center, including up and down stairs. For your convenience, please wear comfortable walking shoes and limit yourself to a moderately sized purse. We will not have a bag check, so be sure to travel light.
Security & Inspections
As with all public gatherings, there will be security present at the Conference. All attendees and their belongings are subject to inspection. For your convenience, please do not bring anything other than necessities for the day. Specific items that may be confiscated are weapons, signage of any type, outside food or beverages, video cameras and any other items that security determines to be inappropriate.
For the enjoyment of all participants, inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and violators will be removed from the premises.
Do not leave personal items or Conference bags anywhere in the Convention Center, including the Arena. Unattended bags will be removed by security.
