Sheila Jordan is Vice President of the Communication and Collaboration IT organization which encompasses Cisco.com, Enterprise Content Management, Communication and Collaboration solutions, CEC (Cisco’ s internal website), internal deployment of Cisco’ s TelePresence technology, and IT support for HR , Finance, Marketing and Emerging Technology deployment.
Her purview includes delivering the vision and strategy that creates alignment and integration of IT initiatives with business goals. She plays a key leadership role in shaping and communicating expectations for an enterp rise that will deliver increased productivity, growth and an improved user experience through IT-enabled business processes and best-in-class marketing practices.
Sheila’s key focus is the development of Cisco’s Web 2.0 strategy and the delivery of a communication and collaboration platform that combines the power of Web 2 .0 technologies with applications, services and business processes to deliver greater productivity, growth and innovation across Cisco. In addition, she is responsible for the transformation of the customer experience on Cisco.com, Cisco’ s external website, which utilizes Web 2.0 technologies to create stronger relationships with customers through collaboration.
An evangelist of the power of data, Sheila also leads Cisco’ s Marketing IT initiatives that turn data into actionable intelligence, enabling the Cisco Marketing and Sales teams and our partners to imaginatively reach our customers, giving them the personalized experience and interactions they deserve.
Sheila came to Cisco from Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida where she was Senior Vice President of Destination Disney. A key architect of the strategic planning process, she was responsible for delivering profitable growth. She was instrumental in integrating Marketing, Sales and Service across the organization as Disney transformed its business from a product-centric to a guest-centric organization.
Sheila holds a BA degree in accounting from Central Florida State University and a master of business administration from Florida Institute of Technology.
