Ann Hand, Senior Vice President of Global Brand Marketing and Innovation for BP, is one of a handful of women who have risen to the top ranks of the energy industry.  She oversees $280 million annually in marketing initiatives worldwide and was the driving force behind reframing the BP consumer brand with Helios Power - an integrated retail brand-building campaign that affirms BP's commitment to make things "a little better" for customers.  Before joining BP, Hand held marketing, finance and operation positions at Mobil Oil and McDonald's Corporation.
