Dr. Petra Hackenberg-Wiedl
How She Empowers Others
Dr. Petra Hackenberg-Wiedl has headed diesel engine products at Audi AG Ingolstadt, the main research and development facility for Audi, for the last five years. She was promoted into the company's management circle in 2002 and named to the top management circle last year. Dr. Hackenberg-Wiedl has held numerous management and senior technical positions since joining the company in 1994. She is a two-time recipient of the Zonta International Foundation Amelia Earhart Fellowship Award, and her Ph.D. dissertation was awarded the Logica Prize.
